These Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between MOVINVIT, a micro-enterprise registered with the Trade and Companies Register, and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website https://movinv.it, hereinafter “the Website”.

https://movinv.it is an online platform specializing in the personalization and sale of printed and digital wedding invitations, thank-you cards and Save the Date cards, as well as related client areas.

Products are offered either based on templates available in the Website's catalogue or as customized creations.

Each order includes complementary services at no additional cost:

• Access to a personalised couple's space,
• Creation of an animated video,
• Generation of a personalised Open Graph (OG) image (main preview image).

The invitations also include:

• An RSVP form,
• A guest dashboard providing relevant event details after submitting attendance,
• A PDF program of the event.

By confirming their order, the client authorises MOVINVIT to use, modify, print, copy and vectorize the content provided solely for fulfilling the ordered service.

Custom products may be created:

1. Based on the client's idea: Movinvit designs a fully original animation from the client's concept.
2. Using Movinvit catalogue items: changes are made to existing animations (colours, typography, photos, soundtrack, etc.).
3. Based on another designer's work: Movinvit must obtain permission from that designer.

The price and timeline depend on the complexity of the creation and the number of illustrations required.

Production process:

1. Initial meeting (phone or email) with no commitment. The client may send reference files.
2. If accepted, 50% deposit payment.
3. Activation of the personalised couple space.
4. Final delivery after balance payment.

Payment is made by bank transfer. The order is only processed after payment has been received.

All creations present on the Website or delivered as part of custom services are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or usage without written consent is prohibited.

The client must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing on third-party rights.

The client guarantees ownership of rights for all submitted content (texts, images, logos, drawings…).

Credits will accompany creations when applicable. Third-party content will be referenced accordingly.

Movinvit may suspend an order if submitted content violates these conditions.

The client authorizes MOVINVIT to use the creations (illustrations, graphics, animations) for promotional purposes, including on its website and social media.

MOVINVIT commits not to publish any content before the relevant event, nor to share personal data (photos, names, etc.) without prior client approval.

MOVINVIT reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Products and services are billed based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

As a micro-enterprise, prices are indicated excluding taxes; VAT is not applicable according to Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

Order processing priority is determined by the receipt date of the 50% deposit. Completion time depends on the number of previously paid orders.

Indicatively, catalogue orders take approximately 2 business days from payment receipt.

Custom orders have variable timelines depending on project complexity. A minimum of 3 weeks is required for all custom creations.
Catalogue orders have priority over custom orders.

Printed wedding stationery requires a separate quote based on dimensions, paper quality, number of designs, quantity, etc.

Shipping and printing costs are the responsibility of the client. MOVINVIT is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers (printers, postal services, couriers, etc.).

In case a service is unavailable, MOVINVIT will inform the client via email and offer either an equivalent or superior service, or a refund.

In accordance with Article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. No withdrawal is possible once the product has been validated by the client, unless agreed in writing by MOVINVIT.

Once the client's order is produced, the client will receive components for review and/or approval. MOVINVIT cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or typos in items approved by the client.

Clients may request modifications after receiving the items. Reasonable adjustments are included in the initial price; excessive requests may incur additional charges.

After final product validation, any cancellation or modification requires written acceptance from MOVINVIT.

MOVINVIT strives to ensure continuous access to its website. However, the company cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. The client acknowledges the limitations and risks inherent in Internet technologies.

Animations and visuals on the Website are for illustrative purposes. Final products may vary slightly to optimize text and graphic layout.

Visuals displayed on the Website are non-contractual, particularly regarding colors, which may differ depending on screen type, resolution, or settings.

Movinvit is committed to protecting personal data. It ensures the highest level of protection in compliance with applicable European and French regulations regarding personal data.

Information collected via our forms is recorded in a computerized file by Movinvit, where all data provided by users in the various forms (registration, newsletter subscription, withdrawal, contact) is stored and processed both electronically and manually.

• To communicate with you and answer your questions.
• To process your orders accurately.
• To analyze website activity, ensure security, and improve services.
• To create and maintain a client account.

1. User registration: first and last names, phone, email are collected.
2. Order details: information about the event, such as location and date.
3. Order shipping: delivery address is also collected.
4. Information requests: an email is collected to manage and respond to inquiries.

Data submitted by event guests to the user (couple) is for their exclusive use. This includes guests' names and emails (to allow RSVP changes). Movinvit does not store these emails.

By sending a contact request via email, the user consents to data processing. Emails include options to revoke consent or unsubscribe.

• Service emails: After placing an order or during contract follow-up, you may receive emails to track your order or contract execution. These service messages are necessary for proper fulfillment of requested services.
• Postal mail: To receive orders at your address.
• Telephone contact: Movinvit may contact you by phone to clarify order details or provide additional information about services.

Most data is retained as long as you are an “active” client and for a maximum of 5 years from your last activity on the site.

The sole recipient of personal data is Movinvit, for the proper execution of services offered on the site.

Movinvit is committed against sending unsolicited commercial communications and any behavior commonly known as "spam." Movinvit also actively fights such practices. Personal data collected on the website will never be transferred, shared, or sold to third parties. Similarly, registration should not be used to collect third-party email addresses without express consent. Users receiving communications without signing up or giving consent can unsubscribe via the links provided in the communication.
